DESIGN AND BUILD

Assembling the CRM design team

This group will include those who participated in the needs analysis, as well as a product expert, infrastructure advisor, developer(s), designer(s) and consultant(s) chosen by your project leader as the best match for your CRM installation.

CRM Project design

Working closely with you, the design team will create a working CRM system to the specifications described in your Project Blueprint, further refining the precise functionality through a series of meetings and demonstrations.

CRM Project management

Your project management team is responsible for ensuring the overall success of your CRM installation, beginning with the needs analysis phase. Your project managers will make recommendations on your pilot phase, implementation process and design.

TEST AND DEPLOY

Testing the system

A pilot team is assembled to test all aspects of the system that were designed for your business. Your team will use the pilot CRM system before it is rolled out to every member in your organization. We use this phase of implementation to work out any kinks and determine what modifications need to be made to your user interface. This allows us to completely customize according to your needs.

Documenting and analyzing results

Throughout the entire CRM solution testing phase, our project management team is in touch with the pilot group on a regular basis. This provides the opportunity to solicit feedback and ask questions. At the same time, our project management team is compiling and analyzing this information for further customization.

Rolling out

After the pilot testing phase is complete and all modifications and customizations have been made to your software, it's time to rollout the tested and proven CRM system to all of your users.
