Yacov Wrocherinsky is founder and CEO of Infinity Info Systems, a New York City-based information technology consulting firm focused on Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Business Analytics solutions for clients in the financial, life sciences, business services, media and manufacturing/distribution industries around the world.

After several successful years as a technology analyst at IBM, Yacov founded Infinity Info Systems in 1987 and has since carved out a niche in CRM where he is widely regarded as an authority on the subject.  In addition to being featured in the Wall Street Journal, Forbes and Inc. Magazine, Yacov has served as an Advisory Board member for CRM solutions for Microsoft Corporation and The Sage Group, and has held leadership positions in several industry specific and entrepreneurial organizations.

He has addressed audiences at venues ranging from COMDEX/Interop to the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania to the American Management Association.

Yacov was named the U.S. Small Business Administration person of the year for 2008 representing NY State.  He is an active member of the Entrepreneurs' Organization (EO), Young Presidents' Organization (YPO), Vistage (formerly TEC) Executive Leadership Program and a graduate of MIT's Birthing of Giants Entrepreneurial Executive Leadership Program.
