CRM Training Class Information

• All open enrollment classes are from 9:00a.m. to 5:00p.m.

• There is a one-hour lunch break and two fifteen minute breaks scheduled

• Each participant has access to a computer

• We have 2.4 GHz Pentium IV machines with CD-RW/DVD and 17" flat panel monitors

• All training workstations have high-speed internet access

• All training materials are provided on the day of the class
