Yacov Wrocherinsky worked for IBM for several years before founding Infinity Info Systems in 1987. He is the primary decision maker and sets the tone for the company's priorities, values and ethics.

After founding Infinity Info Systems, Yacov was introduced to Contact Management and ACT! In 1988 and was the very first ACT! certified consultant in the Tri-State area. Over the past two decades, Yacov has built a successful business with a staff that is trusted by clients to provide CRM strategies and technology automations that make positive business impacts.

Yacov's many professional achievements and affiliations include serving as the Founder, Chairman and sponsor of the NY ACT! User Group (1989 – Present). He is a member of the Symantec Act! Advisory Board (2005 – present); member of the Young Entrepreneur Organization (YEO) for over 16 years; member of the Young President Organization (YPO) for over 3 years; member of the Vistage (formerly TEC) Leadership Program for more than 8 years. Yacov has served as the President of the National Association of Sales Professionals NYC Chapter (NASP) and holds NASP certification. Most recently, Yacov became a member of the Microsoft CRM Advisory Board.

Yacov is a graduate of MIT’s "Birthing of Giants" program and has enthusiastically contributed his expertise in lectures to budding entrepreneurs at Fordham university as well as to many publications including Wall Street & Technology, 1to1 Magazine, CRM Magazine and eWeek.
